Equinor ASA Announcements

Equinor ASA’s annual general meeting has approved the 2024 annual report and accounts. The meeting also approved a cash dividend of $0.37 per share for the fourth quarter of 2024.

• The dividend will be distributed to shareholders registered in Equinor’s shareholder register.
• Equinor’s shares will trade ex-dividend from May 15, 2025.

Equinor has completed two wells in the North Sea that are suitable for CO2 injection and storage. This is a key step in the company’s efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.
